Financial Assistance Request

This is a request for those who need financial assistance paying their membership dues.  The types of assistance we can offer are:

  • Allowing full dues to be paid on a payment plan that better fits the member's budget. 
  • Offering a partial subsidy of dues, when financial hardship makes full dues payment difficult.

To submit your request for assistance, please complete this survey.  Responses go to the Membership Manager and the club Treasurer, and will be kept confidential.
