2025 Race Season

Published Thu 23 Jan 2025

The season's races are now on the calendar.  ALL RSVPs are important, so RSVP as soon as you can:

  • Yes, if you are sure you can go.  We'll see you on race day!
  • No, if you are sure you are not.  Please give a reason.  No RSVPs will keep the coach from calling you to recruit you when a crew needs more people.
  • Maybe, if you are planning to go but are not yet sure you can.  Please give a reason.  It helps us keep an eye on the liklihood we will see you on race day.
New this year:
  • If you cancel your RSVP within a week of race day, you will be expected to pay your race fees.  It's very difficult to replace somebody last-minute.
  • There will be a $100 deposit required for Yes RSVPs on the far away races (Montreal and Florida).  It is non-refundable, unless you are not selected for the crew.
  • Race listings include an estimate on expected race fees.  Please read each event description carefully.
  • Seattle, Vancouver, Montreal, and Olympia are happening within the space of a month.  We really need to see numbers before we register a crew, and if we wait too long, we may not be able to register at all due to races filling.  Please get your RSVPs in as  early and completely as possible. If you need to change your RSVP later down the line, please let Lisa Harkins know.  You will not be able to change it yourself due to the ticketing process we use to keep the crews organized.
