The Sausage Pull begins at Mt Baker Beach Park at 830am, but please report to Lakewood Marina by 7:00 to have time to prepare, load, and paddle to Mt. Baker Beach.

Long course is 14.3 miles and goes around Mercer Island.

Race fees will be $20 per person.

Racing will be followed by sausage barbecue on the beach.
