PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE USING THE SOUTH DOCK

Please arrive early to allow time for check-in with Health Coach & Captains, warm-ups at 5:45 and getting into boat for 6pm departure.   If you are running late, please text both captains.  We may be able to pick you up at the police dock (in front of BluWater), however we need to know before we get rolling.

Practice may end early depending on when the sun sets. We can't be out after dark.
