Paddlers around the region look forward to bringing in the new year with a friendly intramural race from Bridge (I-90) to Bridge (520).  Details will be updated here as they come in, but here is what we know so far.

SAKE vaccination rules will apply - you must be at least 2 weeks beyond the original one- or two-shot series, and also the first booster, if eligible.  You will be asked to upload your vaccination proof when you register, if you are not a SAKE member.

Please read the Waiver through in its entirety.  One of the agreement tick boxes is at the bottom of the waiver, and you must scroll through to see it.

This year, if there is enough interest, we introduce the Madison to Mercer, a 10.2 mile run that runs through all four gates on the bridges.  We will run this race if at least two teams are interested.

We will be holding a post-race potluck, location TBA and dependent upon pandemic conditions.  Please sign up for the potluck here:

We have the following categories for registration, on a first-come, first-served basis:

• Dragon Boat (SAKE boat) - we will attempt to keep teams together if possible.
• BYOB - let us know if you need moorage Friday evening, though we make no guarantees.
• OC6 - new this year!  We have room for one Mixed crew in our OC6 - 3 men and 3 women, plus one man and one woman as alternates
• SUP - Subject to interest and weather conditions.  SUP will start a half-hour early.
